André K. Rodarte is a postdoctoral researcher at the Digital Democracy Centre (University of Southern Denmark). He earned his PhD from the University of Texas at Austin’s School of Journalism and Media, where he also worked at the Center for Media Engagement (CME) and the Technology & Information Policy Institute (TIPI). André’s research is concerned with new forms of representation, propaganda, and populism in times of democratic backsliding.
